By accessing or using our Services, the user ("you" or "user") agrees to abide by and not derogate from the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, and consent to the collection and use of information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. What information we collect We collect the following types of information: i. Anonymous Information The anonymous information we collect (i.e. information that does not enable identification of an individual user) includes technical information transmitted by the end user's device, including the location, software and hardware specifications (e.g. browser type and version, operating system, version) and language preferences. ii. Personal Information We do not collect any Personal Information (i.e. information that may allow the identification of an individual user) from our users. 2. What is the Purpose of Collecting the Information? We collect the information specified above in order to: i. enable the Company to further provide, develop, enhance, customize and improve the Services; ii. perform analytics research, as well as audit and track usage statistics and traffic flow; iii. perform research, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes; iv. respond to inquiries, requests, feedbacks and queries, including notices regarding abuse of our Services; v. address security issues (e.g. detecting fraud); vi. to resolve disputes and enforce our policies, including investigation of potential violations thereof, for the purpose of law enforcement or in accordance with any applicable law or regulation. 3. With whom we share information We share Anonymous Information with third parties, when this is required in order to provide, maintain or improve the Services and for the purposes detailed above, and only to the extent needed to provide such services. Children's information The Services are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 13 years of age. If we obtain actual knowledge that an end user is under 13 years of age, we will take the necessary steps to remove that end user's information from our servers. 5. For how long we retain the information? We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion. Security We use industry standard security measures, as well as internal organizational procedures and strict guidelines to prevent information misuse and information leakage. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means and procedures to protect the information, which considerably reduce the risks of information misuse, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be absolutely safe.
